I ordered a pattern only from you, and paid for regular shipping. After about 10 days when I had not received the pattern, I contacted customer service. They ended up sending me a digital pattern. I think this should have been an option all along, why make me pay for shipping if you have your patterns and digital format? I will be hesitant to buy patterns from you again in the future, unless they are offered in a digital format so that I don't have to pay for you to ship me a paper pattern. And especially after I got the pattern and saw what it was. There's absolutely no reason whatsoever that this couldn't have been offered digitally to begin with. For this reason, you get three stars instead of five. From Donna: Hi April, I'm so sorry that you were not aware that all our patterns are offered digitally. They are listed on the web site under Quilt Patterns: digital. If you have difficulty finding it on the web site, feel free to call and we can set you through the process. Books are also available as a download.
