Order Requirements
- Wholesale customers must provide a valid state sales tax permit, resale certificate, or other documentation required to establish tax-exempt resale status, as applicable. Fabric Café may request updated documentation periodically or whenever required to maintain accurate account and tax records.
- Minimum order quantity: 3 books or patterns per title.
- Wholesale pricing is based on tiered discount levels applied at checkout.
Shipping
- Shipping charges are the responsibility of the customer
- Free shipping on U.S. orders over $99.
- Please allow 3–5 business days for order processing (pulling, packing, and shipping).
Payments
- Orders must be paid online at the time of purchase.
- Accepted payment methods: Credit Card, PayPal, or Shop Pay.
Returns & Damages
- All sales are final.
- Claims for damaged or defective items must be reported within 10 days of receipt.
- Approved claims will be replaced or credited at the discretion of Fabric Café.
Copyright Notice
- Fabric Café books, patterns, images, videos, written materials, and other content are protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws.
- Copying, reproducing, distributing, or using Fabric Café materials without authorization is prohibited except as expressly permitted in writing by Fabric Café.
- Digital products, including downloadable patterns, files, videos, or other electronic materials, may be sold, distributed, or made available only by Fabric Café or with Fabric Café’s express written authorization.
New Product Releases
- Wholesale accounts subscribed to our E-newsletter will receive new product release information two weeks prior to public retail release.
Account Status
- Wholesale accounts that have not placed an order within two (2) years will be classified as inactive.
- To reinstate an inactive account, customers must request reactivation and provide an updated Sales Tax Certificate or FEIN number.
