Wholesale Terms & Conditions

Order Requirements

Valid Sales Tax Certificate on file with Fabric Cafe
Minimum order quantity: 3 books or patterns per title.
Wholesale pricing is based on tiered discount levels applied at checkout.

Shipping

Shipping charges are the responsibility of the customer
Free shipping on U.S. orders over $99.
Please allow 3–5 business days for order processing (pulling, packing, and shipping).

Payments

Orders must be paid online at the time of purchase.
Accepted payment methods: Credit Card, PayPal, or Shop Pay.

Returns & Damages

All sales are final.
Claims for damaged or defective items must be reported within 10 days of receipt.
Approved claims will be replaced or credited at the discretion of Fabric Café.

New Product Releases

Wholesale accounts subscribed to our E-newsletter will receive new product release information two weeks prior to public retail release.

Account Status

Wholesale accounts that have not placed an order within two (2) years will be classified as inactive.
To reinstate an inactive account, customers must request reactivation and provide an updated Sales Tax Certificate or FEIN number.
