Each runner uses just one 1-yard cut and three ½-yard cuts of coordinating fabric, making it easy to turn your favorite holiday fabrics into handmade décor for tables, buffets, dressers, and more. Each design features approachable techniques like strip piecing, stitch and flip, and half square triangles.

Materials Needed
For one table runner:

  • Table Runner: One 1-yard cut and three ½-yard cuts of coordinating fabric
  • Backing Fabric: 2½ yards of 44/45" wide fabric is sufficient for any of the five runners
  • Fabric marking pen for designs using half square triangles or stitch-and-flip construction
  • Economy binding is cut from the project fabrics; add ½ yard if using traditional double-fold binding
  • ¼" seam allowance used throughout
